Walking The Sacred Wheel - a Yearlong Journey
Walking the Sacred Wheel: A Yearlong Journey
Online Training – 8 classes, 4 weekends
November 2025-July 2026
Taught By Sarah MacLean Bicknell and Stevie Greenwell
The sacred wheel is not only a map of the seasons and the soul—it is a map of how dreams become reality. In the West, ideas stir in the waters of feeling and imagination. In the North, they are given shape through clarity and intention, held steady like bones beneath flesh. In the East, vision ignites, sparking plans and new beginnings. And in the South, the dream finally takes form in the material world, becoming life, body, and action.
Walking the wheel is learning how to bring the unseen into the seen—how to manifest the soul’s purpose into the fabric of the Earth.
Each virtual session offers a balance of storytelling, nature constellation work, simple ceremony, embodied practice, quiet reflection, and shared conversation. You’re encouraged to bring a candle, journal, and a small altar object that holds heart and meaning for each direction’s element. Practices and inquiry questions will be offered to explore between the quarterly gatherings. For those in a cohort, mentoring continues with your same group throughout the year.

A NOTE ON PAYMENT AND EXCHANGE:
I’m changing the way I invite support for my work, because the old ways—pricing things like products, locking offerings into rigid fees—don’t reflect the spirit this work comes from. What I offer is relational, alive, and rooted in deep listening. It takes energy, time, preparation, tending. And I know I’m not the only one navigating these shifting times—many are holding resources close, and many are quietly in need. So I’m moving toward a different kind of economy—one based in reciprocity, trust, and enoughness. I’ll be naming the real costs, offering a range of ways to contribute, and trusting the circle to hold itself through mutual care. This is an experiment in right relationship. Thank you for walking it with me.
About the Facilitators
Sarah Maclean Bicknell is a healer, teacher, and mentor.
She has studied healing and ceremonial work in North American indigenous traditions for 30 years. She has incorporated her Celtic roots into her present North American practice and is sought out for her intuitive readings, workshops, ceremony, and her soul doctoring practice. More recently, Sarah has held training and facilitated Family and Nature Constellations and has run a leadership/training programme called “The Arbor”. She stands in deep gratitude to her elders and teachers that have gone before and stands firmly in her own vision, a vision that is related and crafted for these times of the 21st century. Her work is about connection, community, ceremony and respect. Also raised in the Western world, she has lived the loss of disconnection and is profoundly thankful to her indigenous elders who taught her how to re-arrive more fully into her life.
Stevie Greenwell is a musician, singer, teacher, constellator, dreamer, and ceremonialist.
She is devoted to compassionate liberation through expression, resonance, and song. We all have the divine right to a voice which can be a tool of reflection and expression to help us learn who we are and what we want to express to the world.
She works with people one-on-one with expression and inclusion work, in family systems constellations, in workshops, and leading song circles. Stevie is co-artistic director of Wildchoir. She performs various artists throughout the bay. Her songs are rooted in connection to each other, our ancestors and the earth.
Stevie combines a deep study of music with the ever-ongoing study of the metaphysical and spiritual aspects of our world. She continues to be taught by her own voice, the natural world, and Spirit. She has been studying with her teacher, Sarah Maclean Bicknell for many years in Ceremony, Constellation, Dreamwork, and Shamanic principles and is honored to be helping with this offering.
12 Nights of Dreaming - Community Dreaming with Sarah and Seth Pardo
Once again we come together for 12 Nights Of Dreaming as a Community.
Dreaming is a powerful practice for personal and collective healing that is accessible to every human being. In the context of Druidic beliefs, the “12 Nights of Dreaming” refers to a time around the winter solstice when Druids would gather and focus on dreams and visionary experiences as a way to deepen their connection with Spirit, with Nature, and one another while accessing guidance and insights for the coming year.
Sarah has been engaging in this practice for decades, and it persists as a personal practice that she leans into and uses as she moves between December and January of each year. Sarah has invited Seth Pardo, an Alumnus of the Arbor Legacy and Minister with the Congregation for Sacred Practices, to lead this year’s Community Dreaming and 12 Nights of Dreaming Practices.
Join Seth, plus a growing community of active dreamers for an interactive workshop on Community Dreaming followed by our community tradition of 12 Nights of Dreaming to dream in the guidance and insights we need for the coming year!

Apprentice to the Unseen:
A Deep Dive into Ceremonial Constellation Training
Feb 26th-March 2nd 2026, Seattle Washington
Register Here
This retreat is a deep dive into the living field of ceremonial constellation.
A training for those who have already walked some distance with this work and are ready to go further, ready to listen more closely, to move with greater trust, to let the field itself become teacher.
We enter not as experts but as apprentices to the unseen.
We learn through embodiment, through dream, through ceremony how to work on the field with our helpers and guides
The emphasis is on living the practice, not mastering it.
In this deep dive we will explore the subtleties of facilitation, the presence required to hold ancestral and collective fields, to work with a spirit-led practice rooted in relationship with the seen and unseen, and the humility that allows healing to move through us.
It is advanced work, yes, but it begins, as always, with listening. Advanced Listening.
Sarah brings her indigenous informed healing practices to the constellation field and will share what she has discovered in how to work in a similar way within system constellations.
Join us for Apprentice to the Unseen: A deep dive into Ceremonial Constellation training
A shamanic constellation is a ceremonial approach to systemic constellation work, a field originally developed by Bert Hellinger…infused with the cosmology, ritual, and spiritual awareness found in shamanic traditions.
In essence, it’s a way of revealing hidden patterns of energy, ancestry, and spirit within a person or a community by giving form and voice to the unseen.
Where a traditional constellation might explore family dynamics or social systems, a shamanic constellation widens the field to include ancestors, land spirits, elements, dreams, and archetypal forces.
In a shamanic constellation:
The circle is treated as sacred space. The facilitator often opens it ceremonially, calling in the directions, the elements, and the helping spirits.
Participants may stand as representatives not only for family members but also for dreams, illnesses, rivers, ancestors, or collective wounds.
The process invites embodied listening—feeling what moves through the field rather than analyzing it.\
Ritual actions—breath, drumming, offerings, movement, ceremony…..may help release what has been held or bring the system back into balance.
The goal is not just insight but restoration of harmony..between people and their ancestors, between humans and the more-than-human world.
The use of the word shamanic is used as an adjective to describe a cosmology that is earth based and includes a magical world where everything has a spirit and is alive
Registration includes daily lessons, practice and group work. It does not include overnight accommodation. More details to come.
BETWIXT AND BETWEEN: A Retreat for Dreamers, Wanderers, and Makers of Meaning
BETWIXT AND BETWEEN: A Retreat for Dreamers, Wanderers, and Makers of Meaning
Betwixt and Between calls to those willing to walk the edge between what is ending and what wants to begin. To those who travel by vision, who listen through the dark currents that would forbid them, who refuse to retreat into fear.
Let us gather again to dream, constellate, and celebrate through ceremony. To strengthen our spiritual immune systems and remember the paths that resonate most deeply with who we are becoming. This is a retreat for the adventurer of soul, the traveller between worlds, the one who knows that the way forward begins in the unseen.

About the event
Dreaming isn’t solitary, it’s collective, embodied, and alive. In dream constellation, we place the dream at the centre of the circle and let it unfold through the field of many. Rather than interpreting, we constellate the dream, giving it voice, movement, and form through those who stand in its symbols. From this shared field, a new dream emerges: The Village Dream, a living guide that shapes our waking days and calls us back each night. This is not a metaphor. It’s medicine for these times.
